- A beautiful product of the wild harvest in the pristine Mexican waters of the Pacific Ocean. Shrimp is de-headed and a deep incision is made down the length of the dorsal section as the product is split, deveined and butterfly cut. Finished product shows as a true Wild Jumbo Shrimp and holds a consistent plate appearance and is well fitted for grill entrees as well as Ciopinno’s, Palleas, and stews.

- A product of our meticulously maintained shrimp farms found in the heart of Mexico. Shrimp is de-headed and an incision is made down the length of the dorsal section as the product is de-veined. The depth of the incision varies, however the product does not lose its prawn size and consistent plate appearance. This is a great all around shrimp item that works well in every situation; served with or without the shell, product is easily peeled and displayed…hence the EZ-PEEL!

Shrimp is de-headed and a slight incision is made down the dorsal section as the entire shell is removed and the shrimp is de-veined. This leaves a beautiful and medium sized fully cleaned shrimp…ideal for sauté’s, stir fry’s and anything else you can think of.
