August 4, 2004 - Certi-Fresh Foods was recently awarded an A+ rating by an outside Quality Assurance Auditing company as a result of our continued implementation of stringent quality control policies and standards. These policies help ensure that our customers receive only the finest seafood products possible. Certi-Fresh hired the auditors as part of our ongoing practice of identifying any deficiencies and/or areas of improvement.
In the past, our incomparable quality control standards have made our facilities the choice of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which has utilized our processing facilities on multiple occasions to train its FDA quality control employees.
